Rebirth - can it happen daily?


I used to believe that, what we are is what we think. Am I right? With a world around me who is indifferent to themselves as individuals, I wonder if my thought is anywhere close.

Well, every one of us has some problem in life or the other to keep worrying about. There is no soul in this world who would say I am happy in full sense without any worry in life.

The simple reason is, we are humans and we are born to live that way to have expectations and when not met happiness fails us.

However, there are many people we meet around us who would showcase themselves to be having no worries at all in life.

I used to showcase myself too carefree in life. My maternal family used to state – ‘things happen for her, so what if she is so relaxed let her at least be’

Yes, whatever the worry in life is, I prefer to be relaxed in life. Because, certain things in life which are beyond our control. Can one control Death? Can one control nature at its best for us? That is when faith comes in to play.
 
I am no different a human like others around me. Just that I never used to sit in a corner thinking and rethinking of issues faced or go around I have issues in life.

Of late I realized I am reacting to such instances and trying to find the old me.
 
Will I be reborn daily like I used to? Every night when I hit the bed, I tell myself - I am here to live with everyone around me peacefully and tomorrow will be a new day and a new life.
I hated to carry on things back in our shoulder about any negative impact that hits me.
 
I want to be reborn forgetting the previous day… will I succeed ?????

Sleep Cricket… Dream Cricket…. Eat Cricket….. Breathe Cricket……………………

Little do I know about cricket. But hey! Wait, here is my cousin who dreams, sleeps, talks, walks and breathes cricket. It is just not a dream but a dream come true. No dream is a success or achievement till there is hard work and dedication. Behind any success or achievement there is a whole lot of hard work, self-driven PASSION towards achieving the goal, BOOST and MOTIVATION at every moment. This is where the key role of parents and supporters come into picture. As for my cousin, his mom (Chitra), dad (Ravichandran) and grandpa (Narayanaswami) have, and are continuing to give their full support to him since his age eight to be a self-made and successful cricket player. Terrace and Me

After many many years I went to the terrace this morning. This place has known all my mood swings over close to two decades now. A place where I have sat peacefully during early mornings and during late nights; spent time to complete my assignments/homework of college and school. Terrace, a part of the flat I stay where all children of our ages spent the maximum hours of the evenings everyday to play. Today too the place looked just the same. Parrots chirping and flying around to the nearest trees. A view from the terrace, no change what so ever. Even today a cricket match in the neighboring ground. The only change i found is that there are less and less crows and more and more pigeons. Only a handful of independent houses left; and with multi-storied flats and corporates around our house, the view afar is completely cut off. I was wrapped up in the thoughts of the pleasant past. Life was slow then and there were never a husssh hussh, lets hurry kind of life.
