36 ways to lead a happy and healthy life

I just received a wonderful email today. Thought of sharing it here and to re-read it when ever possible to keep these points refreshed in our minds. 1. Pray (have faith) 2. Go to bed on time. 3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed. 4. Say No to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, or that will compromise your mental health. 5. Delegate tasks to capable others. 6. The bag was on its way back home in the chauffeur driven two wheeler’s box. I realized I had to call certain important people who would try to reach me and inform them that my phone and all items, much more expensive stuff are all not with me. During this conversation, I realized that a mobile phone is such an important gadget in people’s lives; even so we are oblivious to the fact that it’s only a piece of gadget. It has become a part of all our lives; Oh well! At least in my perspective there were more important things to worry about; because anyone can reach me at my desk phone. So, what could be much more important in this juncture according to me – well it’s ob
