Do we miss ourselves in the sands of time!! I guess so!!

Its been a long time for me to pen down my thoughts.

In an era where we are paperless, i guess i am also inclined to post out here. The days were people used to pen their own thoughts and theories not authenticated is long lost.

Anything fed in the internet is searched through search engines, which only provides a path to the maximum clicked open link. Most of which may not contain proven theories.

Too much of information, however too little time spent by families together.

I miss those family times, i miss the bonding. With most of my close family members are soo clued on to gadgets reading or talking on the phone, with only physical presence around, hope someday they read this to understand life is short; make the most time available with their family. While there are good moments i still find, with less technology intervention, i still miss the family time.....

Eating together,

knowing what each of us like,

talking small interesting things,

good stories of faith,

sharing knowledge of best practices,

walking under the moon,

sitting on the terrace having dinner or post dinner time,

Sunday special tiffin time,

board games played by all members irrespective of age- Indian pallanguzi, daiyakattai or classic scrabble,carom board etc...

Each one exhibiting their own talent, singing, dancing, talking, standup comedy.. Anything and everything, non of this was ever distracted with tv or phones or waited only for stage performances..

The family together also used to be a center stage for performances..

Learning how to get dirtty with soil and be in one with nature... Etc

I miss this and more. I sound already like a 80 year old... well a humble request to any of you reading this - do not miss the present and enjoy every moment of life.
