Smile please.... Say cheese..

Are we too serious about our lives that we forget to smile everyday?

I asked a few of my contacts to share with me one instance that brought smile for the day. Few of them never bothered to reply, a few of them replied with ease and the rest of them found it hard to think of the fact even if they did smile for that day and gosh last category did not smile for that day at all.

Since my school days i keep asking a few questions to myself, one such is this - what did i enjoy most and smiled today.

To my surprise the simplest thing in this world would have bought me that joy and laughter. Buying anything for self or others may still not bring that joy. So does money.

I hope i have kindled that thought in some of them to live the day with the intention to bring that smile on your face. I am sure it will in the long run, bring a thousand watt effect on your face.

Hey morning ramya...so ture a smile is such a priceless yet a precious asset.kick start the day with a smile. Bring 'S' closer to u when u r running a mile away with those lil gestures. Then we can have endless smiles of journey called life. Wishing u a super smiley new year too. Cheers!!

Mentor

At every stage of our life we have a mentor and as humans we seek out to one. There is no age factor and all one needs to be qualified with is experience or the relevant knowledge for the same. I am proud to say that my younger sister has also been one, but it’s when she always tells me about my spellings and the uncanny communication I recollect one such mentor of my life. There were many challenges I faced at work place – one was; my superiors been compared with a shop floor entrant (me) by my super seniors, that I am sure hits their ego. She called me one day on one of the emails I had circulated to a small group internally, asked me to tell her the reason why I wrote such an email. She patiently listened to it completely and asked me to read the email loudly right on her desk that I had sent. I found that funny and at the same time curious why she wanted me to do it. On reading it I realized that what I intended did not come out on that email as clearly the way I explained to her.

Little do I know about cricket. But hey! Wait, here is my cousin who dreams, sleeps, talks, walks and breathes cricket. It is just not a dream but a dream come true. No dream is a success or achievement till there is hard work and dedication. Behind any success or achievement there is a whole lot of hard work, self-driven PASSION towards achieving the goal, BOOST and MOTIVATION at every moment. This is where the key role of parents and supporters come into picture. As for my cousin, his mom (Chitra), dad (Ravichandran) and grandpa (Narayanaswami) have, and are continuing to give their full support to him since his age eight to be a self-made and successful cricket player.
